In 2003 the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) served more than 376,000 people. We focused a lot of our attention on young refugees, a particularly vulnerable group that faces very specific dangers in time of war and conflict.
JRS continued working to provide young refugees with education, healthcare, income-generating activities and skill training, and peace education to break the cycle of violence.
