In many parts of the world, girls are extremely vulnerable to early marriage and pregnancy and are subject to socio-cultural traditions and gender roles that limit their educational opportunities.
“I will tell you my story” echoes the voices of six displaced girls living in eastern Africa, who demand their stories to be heard and their rights to be respected.
It is urgent that we all join efforts to advocate for girls’ rights to a safe, educated, and healthy life.
JRS is committed to ensuring that no girl child is left behind and to enable them to freely build their own future.
