The community-based approach is not just an operational strategy—it is a concrete way of embodying the call to build a more just, more humane, and more fraternal world. 

Inspired by Fr Pedro Arrupe SJ and drawn to Jesus, we try to follow the example of one who kneels before suffering but also rises to meet the other.
